    Good base damage, move speed for kiting.

    Nice AoE - 100% armor pen when spell surged, and a nice snare

    basically free perma-snare to maximize your kiting

    puts people in dead place

    Good stun/mobility for kiting

    Playstyle

    Essentially you play this like an adc from LoL - don't stop moving, keep max range, use snares, roots, stuns, blinks to pull yourself out of a dangerous position or to lock down a target for the kill.
