    Intro

    This is the build I'm using to level my first WS and main character. I'm going to be updating this as I level. Majority of this is based on Tora's build with a couple tweaks for leveling.



    Gear

    Honestly I just picked hear with Moxie, Finesse, and Brutality. Refer to Tora's guide for more indept reasoning why.



    Rotation


    Pull with
    . Activate Spell Surge followed by
    and
    . You should have a little over 50% spell power. This is where you have choices.

    If Flame Burst procs, cast it. Followed by Wild Barrage to reduce the cooldown of Flame Burst. Use Assassinate and followed by Flame Burst if it procs to finish off target(s).

    If Flame Burst doesnt proc, you have 2 choices.

    If target is below 50% cast Wild Barrage, and followed by Assassinate and Flame Burst (if procs). This should put the target(s) down.

    If target has more than 50% health, I like to use Quick Draw till Flame Burst procs, followed by Wild Barrage and Assassinate.

    Use what you feel confortable. I tend to use

    I sometimes will switch one of them out for Void Slip

    Unless you have decent armor, or playing a lower level area, I recommend healing skills.


    Misc

    You should be able to take on a group of 2-4 and survive. There will be some mobs that will require more tactics to win the fight.
