All-Mental Melee/Ranged Hybrid Psylocke dps leveling psylocke pve pvp

    All mental damage Psylocke, good for ranged or melee, AOE or ST.

    on cooldown anytime there's any sort of elite on screen, pretty much your top DPS skill and your "smartest" ability.

    This build, at least AOE-wise, is centered around spamming
    while maintaining
    and otherwise using
    to burn thru Psi Energy. A couple blasts of
    will usually clean up trash, but I like to use it once to pull mobs together and then use
    both due to higher spirit efficiency and higher Psi Energy generation.

    For single target pulls I use both
    and
    initially and periodically for the debuffs, but otherwise I
    to generate Psi Energy and
    to consume it.

    takes the cake over
    simply for the Psi Energy generation.
    are both great dps passives, and the 8% evade is wonderful.
    makes for a decent defensive passive as well.
    for survivability. Two stealths on two separate cooldowns. :)

    Obviously you'll have some points left over after maxing your main attack skills, spend them however in any of the 1 point wonders, I like to max
    and spend the rest in
    just for the extra dps.

    Artifacts: Meta and Aga for damage rating and +skills, and your other 2 arti slots should be occupied by a Gem of the Kursed for crit-type bonuses and a Mental Focus Headband for even more Mental DR.
    I kinda have a hodgepodge of blessings, 2 Fandrals for Dodge and Crit, an Odin for the boss dps and a lil extra spirit, and a Hela for the brute rating and the proc.
    I like Bullseye as my medallion just for the crit damage, but Doom is a good all-around bonus alternative.
    Likewise I had a homeless stack of Atlantis Relics growing in my stash so I gave them to Psylocke for max pew pew since I don't seem to have much trouble with her being too squishy with LoH core, hp from passive, and Magik Team-up loh passive.
    Since I'm stacking so much crit damage I went with Gungnir as my legendary, although Warlock's Eye is also a great alternative if you prefer straight damage rating over crit stuffs.
    Magik as the team up just because she's the best all around, and she's an X-man!

    Soulsword makes a great slot 1 (thanks Magik!) and I like Hand Assassin's Tabi for foot slot, otherwise I'm just running Psylocke unique in slot 5 and cosmics in the other 2 slots.

    For ring you'll obviously want some combination of crit/crd/brut/brd/hp/spi. I don't mind hp/enemy defeat for this build either because it's AOE is so powerful.

    Costume wise, any combination of damage rating, crit rating, or crit damage works as affixes, and I'm rocking a +1 Energy/400 LoH/25% RiF core.

    Lastly, I went with River of Soul as my runeword on a +200 Mental Uru. This runeword is very inexpensive in regards to the mats and it enables me to spam the crap out of
    while my Psi Energy is brewing up for
    and makes 15 elite AOE pulls a walk in park.

    I got Psylocke in a Random Box and was suprised how much I ended up enjoying playing her.... I hope you do the same :)
