Take Triple Blow, it'll be your main tool for PvE and it's also a knockdown combo with Rush. Also take Shield Bash, Shield Bash after Shielstrike is a combo that knocks your enemy down. Scream of Taunt isn't really that good, Forcefield can be better in my opinion and Forcefield still has a purpose in PvP. Group Heal's cast time is too long for a Paladin imho, I suggest swapping Group Heal for Curse and Blessing. Curse and Blessing's really good in PvP and PvE alike. The Power of Heal passive isn't that spectacular really, 15% for a skill point. That's like an extra 150hp on most skills. I would only take that if you're a dedicated healer. Block+Shield Block is really good and it'll trigger Shield Counter a lot, but one of this things I find contradictive about these skills is that if your targets are stunned, they're not attacking you meaning the value of block decreases. So I'm not a fan of Shield Counter. Arrow Blockade is a really good skill in PvP versus archer classes because it's a buff that stacks and stays on for 60s, whilst Shieldblock only stays on for 9s.
