This will be my main build on release.
Good for PVE farming, and mass PVP.
Not very good for single target PVP/PVE.
Average dificulty to level up.

Rotation: Put up, gain some inspire from , get in with , pull enemies using , shut them with , then into into into and .
Run away then with and finish off some survivors(PVE) with , restore , or AOE from a distance (Zerg PVP) with inside a .

For anti-CC cast or .

If you are soloing you won't cast the whole rotation, but with a nice group or a dedicated healer you can deal large casualties.
