This build focuses mainly on PvP usage, relying heavily on assumptions, and is basically theory crafted as I have yet to reach endgame but this is the proposed build I will use at that time. For Leveling, this is admittedly poor for solo play and is aimed at survival and damage absorbtion. Mitigation and removal is included, and some abilities may be swapped later for more offensive capability or utilitarian use. While it excels in defensive and sustainable abilities, it does lack any heavy damage and most ranged characters will be tough to combat. Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated.
