Classic good Magic Ranged damage with a lot CCs to keep anything more than your target a bit busy. Good Mana recover with damage done while fighting. Also a good amount of Combos to burst your skills even better.

Well that depends on situation... like when u get where wasnt supposed to in PVE works nice. But if at max lvl mostly do PVP then can change for Reflecting Armor or anything else u want without problems ofc.
