Rotation:
Stalkers > Bubble trap > concussion > lassitude > charged bolt > pause for lassitude. If they break it then go ahead with fear. > allow skills to recharge during lassitude > fear > if concussion back up then use it. If not then toxic shot > charged bolt > piercing shot > if they aren't dead by then you did something wrong.
