My idea here is just to have a really tanky character with a few damage buffs and anti-mobility to hopefully be able to handle a wide variety of enemies.
Take Vitality over Power of Life. Yes, Power of Life is castable on allies but Vitality is the skill that gives you more HP and also enables you to accumulate Anger. Without anger you can't use Scream of Pain. I've said this to another person as well, Shield Block and Shield Counter seem obvious skill to take both. However, look at it this way: if you stun a guy your block rate decreases in value, since the enemy can't attack you whilst he's stunned anyway. So if you stun him, you block rate is 0% in theory. And with this build you have a lot of stuns, which is good but it doesn't benefit from taking Shield Counter passive.
Scream of Life isn't worth the point. At best it heals you for 1000hp, if you're desperate for 1000hp you're going to die anyway. Vitality and Power of Life don't stack. Weaponwind passive isn't worth the point unless you go for a real heavy DPS build.
love the name
Looks like a build i want to test
