With the amount of CC at your disposal if you are ambushed by an invisible enemy you can basically cc him/her to death. The main goal of this build is to maximize the damage you can get if you crit and by combine the two strongest mage class in the game atm you max out your magic stats which allows you to nuke the life out of people if you crit. Oct fills in on what Sorc is lacking and vice versa, Witchcraft is just there for added cc, and combos. You're basically going to spam your bullets at the enemy while comboing them with combos to keep them in check and just keep your distants annoying the life out of them and if they get close or you see them coming close just cc them away with bubbles or knock them back with mana-absorption. the main use of broken spirit is to heal when you're desperate and it's a second source of mana.
