How to use

use before fighting enemies with phisical attack or add if they use magic attack , after buffing yourself use to catch the enemy or + to stun and then go with + + and then you should have finished..if not then use and begin with stun another time .... this is a pvp build but is also good for pve use vitalism only for support usually in pvp i don't use it or i use it if i'm away from the enemy .Use a 2h greatclub and a plate set or leather set .
