Intro
As you've noticed I don't recoment a Tanky aproach on this class, that's mainly because this class has a lot of potential for damage and espexially in PvP.As far as gearing goes...I'd personally think Plate with +Str +Sta build and a Greataxe will suffice ( although a Nodachi would also be a valid choise but i personally prefer the axe because it feels more original ) and add some magic resist gems ( or pvp defence stats ) on the armor and melee damage whenever you can ( also enchanting with +skill % honor stones would be good cause of the burst this class can dish out ). Also consider some magic resist accesories cause melle classes are usually beaten down before even reachin near charge range to magi classes.

The "why this and not that/why that and not this" corner of the guide.GENERAL IDEA:
I'd like to think that most ppl see where this is going but for those who don't...YOU'RE AN INFURIATED BATTLE CRAVING SADIST/MASOCHIST!!!!
That being said let me break it down for ya...All you need to do is the guy and then and keep attaking and let do most of the work for ya.
for those who don't know it Delirium is a passive that stacks 5 times and adds +2% crit. chance +5% crit dmg +5% bleed chance ( I don't know if the last one stacks or it's just that ) and at 5 stacks it combos with .
Now for the more specific part od the skills guide:
BATTLERAGE:
* : OK you know how it goes...2-h gear attack slower than the time it takes for the earth to spin round the sun 10 times. Also it's the most stapled skill in the tree and the trip bonus
is just to good to miss.
* : See above. Also a very good gap closer.
* : This skill is NOT unavoidable and it just fits ME best...fell free to swap this one to sth else if it suits you best.
* : (moar debuff time on opponents)+(less for you)+(weaken foes)=WTF I WANT THAT SKILL!!!
* : CC-deny abilities are always good...especially if it's the only one that breaks Telekinisis!!!
* : Just look at that dmg...and consider that you have a 2-h weapon + you have a chance to bleed foes urself (+ it might not be that hard as you thing to get backstabs sometimes )
* : THIS SKILL IS THE REASON THIS BUILD EXISTS!!!!
* : Great warrior buff...MUST BE for all Battlerage users out there!
: Gap closer that deals very good damage and synergizes with the Delierium effect.
: +5% melle attack doesn't sound much huh...? what about if you wield a 2-h gear and has already an insane amount of attack already...? now you see clearer huh...? and what about that multiplies your attack x4...? or that it's a passive that costs nothing and is 24/7 therefor you...? YUP!! IT'S THAT GOOD!!
* : The whole point in this build is doing alot of crits...and +8% just can't be missed.
* : This skill offers the Delirium effect...you know...the buff i've been talking all time long so far...? ya that one that alone would be good to take this skill up.
* : +2% parry isn't much...but the 42& that give...well that changes things...and the skill cd reset thingy is actually really good (and not to add that it's the actual reason you sould take this passive).
* : -2k P.Def means you do more dmg...in case you didn't realize it thus far.
* : Look at description...and multiply it threefold.
DEFENCE :
* : You're already in a kinda disadvantage against kiters...don't make that worse...just take the damn skill, nto to mention tha tit generates Mettle.
* : THIS is actually one of the hardest hitting abilities in the entire game if preped right and it debuffs AND has a range...what else to ask?
* : more or less the same as.
* : Remember friend...no matter how many times you fall in life...you need to get up again...even if it's just to fall again shortly after! (+CC is always good)
* : "What do you mean escape...? HERE is where you die!"
* : Can't thouch this! na na-na-na (most badass stalling/escaping tool ingame, not to mention that if you screw up and your P.Def has 1 digit you can just dodge the danger)
* : ok i won't lie to you any more...this passive is the reason you need 6 more skills in defence.
OCCULTISM :
* : Like i said a gazilion times thus far...more CC is always better.
* : it deals low dmg...but it's a good debuff to minimize foe's dps for melee classes.
* : less dmg taken for you + more dmg taken for enemy...still wondering...?
: Well not many anti-CC utilities in this build...but don't be "afraid" about it, plus this is the gazilionth +2 time i say this but more CC...(you know how it goes at this point don't you)
* : Well the part about the cd reduction doesn't actually mean that much to you..but the combo with alone makes this skill a worthy choise.
* : you know that onw time when you run out of mana after about 15 secs in fight and say to yourself "MAN...if only i had 105 mana to spare now thing would be better" ... ok you never said that but cmon...ur lvl 55...you can't be running around with an unspent point and some extra MP regen is always good. ( ofc you're free to change this one to your liking )

I'm not going to get into much detail about the burst combo i was talking about...just activate while is active so that you won't induse a self-stun keep your opponent tripped down whatever way possible ( + or if they're still for example ) and use if they try to escape...then just dish out all damaging spells awhile using just to be on the safe side and to have your skills constantly up.other than that just adopt to the situation and you can't go THAT wrong. Also try hovering over skills to see what's the basic combo for those and try to customize to your own liking if this exact build doesn't work out for you, this is a "guide" after all not the bible.
