Many of the skills here are to muck around with and to pull pranks, but to be honest all you need in this build is 6 or 7 skills out of them all in this build to annihilate someone in 64 seconds with them having no chance of attacking back due to & , it will take longer to kill opponent if they can heal themselves, But that is why Fotress bounce is here, especially good for taking on other tanks. You wont die in a 1v1 or 1v2 not easily anyway.
Many will disagree with this but I weapon swap; scepter for attacking and a Obsidian mace / Obsidian Spear for when using revitalising cheer or just a melee weapon for melee attacks.
Warning!!
Don't try weapon swapping if you find it hard, if done correctly the weapon swap and the skill share the global cooldown of a normal skill cast. If you miss it you will have to wait for your next skill due to the bad weapon swap.
Good item to get is 'Monstrous Desire' scepter for mana regen (I am addicted to it) good for in battle and in between fights.
You can switch quite a lot of skills and passives with Shadowknight, but it does have a obvious main core to the build. If you are having trouble seeing it, a few main specs needed are also shown in Donee build likeon here as Donee build is similiar
This is a good passive if your against a archer , if your against a clever melee player then it will be useless as they will just pop freerunner and keep running behind you and because of this I do not take it for this build.
This is another good passive , problem is I have no where to put it :( as i am still testing a few things out, but i just like being able to take hits so many will disagree probably with me wanting this due to having purge already.
Use if you are waiting for cooldowns. Or use -> after a CC to get away and wait for the cooldowns.
since patch 1.7 with new lvl55 skills this is my new favorite combo when I prepare a enemy and get rid of there buffs that stop it:
-> -> -> Run underneath and pop (25-40% fall damage) -> -> Kick them :D -> run away/ or carry on with -> -> -> -> -> -> -> -> then ->
Fortress skill does not cause damage so will not cause player to wake up on use ;)
Fortress Bounce is yet to appear in youtube clips from korea servers etc. I have looked hard to check, anyone prove me wrong please do so : )
This combo is more for giggles I usually just run away afterwards because it is very mean to do to players in pvp area's and players get angry when you kick them so I do not advise adding in the kick. You can usually add in instead of kick before you (would be less infuriating for them).
The above combo is just a example of the different powerful combo chains you can do to wreck players.
Currently updating this
Leave any comments while i am updating this in case I miss something that this build is really good with that I may have over looked.
Try insiduous whisper / Stalkers mark and see which you prefer, As i use fears at the end of my combo's depending on positioning and then backdrop into stealth and wait for cooldowns when in pvp, I prefer insiduous whisper over stalkers because insiduous lasts longer than the overwhelm trip and I usually start a fight with it from stealth, but again I switch them in and out a lot as I am always testing this build. Check out shroudmaster though if you get bored of shadowknight, its squishy but very trolly and fun to use: http://arche-base.com/builds/view/35659#5.2.8/CbEJjkgzmTC
Thanks dude. this build is still op for arena and good crowd control for world pvp.
Armour jerkin and breeches obsidian, Stone cloth + obsidian shoes (for slightly faster cast time, but can use whatever you want), Obsidian flute+, Obsidian shield+, 4x defence and 3 x magic gems on any armour i can (Any gem slots left I just put stamina or spirit on, Not a normal idea for equipment but I love rediculously high defences, current armour Estimate defences are 8-9 k+ in both if done correctly when at celestial-epic, Block rate increase on shield, intelligence/stamina increase on obsidian scepters + and spirit / focus on obsidian spear, Block / run speed Cloak, and a speed increase on shoes using a assassin on a shoe slot. Wont go through everything, but you get an idea of my play-style. Not the best setup most players will say, and not the most dps like, but I felt shadow Knight was not really a major burst type and more a tank with sustaining damage. Hope that helps
Good example here of shadowknight playstyle: https://www.youtube.com/embed/VeMNFh_Dcbw
Never really relied on the Mudhand combo, its just there for me and it is just there like a added bonus.
