If you see the Outrider Build with 7k views he copied it from me but he tweeked it a bit.

@Francis you can modify my build how you pleased I grabbed RS because it felt more fluid either way most mobs will be dead before you even use RS or TS if you want to.change it. Asfor the other 2 skills havent had time to test them wouldnt know atm what to trash to get them.

I can tell you one thing after leveling it to 17 this class is really OP in PvE, while other class are slow killing mobs this class finishes them so fast I beat them to the kill.
