This build is to gank people, or do 1v1 fights. It opens with shield slam -> hard cut -> perforation to do a ton of opening burst damage. You can then backflip and pop your Energyshield and wait to break their retaliation CC and burst. Stacking hitpoint buffs and magic/physical resists makes it hard for you to get burst down.

Blink/Energy Wave/ Stealth/ CC Breakers make it easy to disengage from a fight if their help arrives before you finish the kill.
