Been using this build almost exclusively to lvl and small scale PvP. Performs quite well. Played well can pretty much lock down enemy's while pouring on the DPS and even some decent support ability to protect ally's. I wear heavy armor and 1h and shield.

Primary job in group based PvP is the initiator. Go in draw attention, be tanky and let group mop them up. Can do decent DPS 1v1 but your main job should always be Tank related. Lasso people to the group, Blink in , hit invincibility, let group drop AoEs and DPS come out of invincibility and help DPS the rest down.
