Yes, Archers can tank when you got a high tier leather set (recomed T4 Obsidian +)

I am mostly tanking Serpentis with this build.

What this build makes realy strong is, when you use the Obsidian Shortspear (T4 V2 is full agility so also good for other archer specs)

Are Optional for the Bosses you face, in Serpentis you need it for many so thats why its picked there
