Good gear would be Obs cloth or Lake cloth/Stone cloth.

Lake has high Intell and Stam

Stone has more Defense

Obs is just allaround good

Weapons could be a Obs scepter and Obs shield with Obs Flute

You should be looking for Attack speed if you want to combo faster or more damage put out and less damage taken
