When the Enemy gets to close just use to decrease their dmg, also use it if you get shackled

are self explanatory i guess :) just use them when you need it to take less dmg/heal urself/remove an important debuff

your shortbuffs you want to use when you start your burst rotation :) use a bit early if your enemy doesnt have fear so you can stack up the crit rate

If the Enemy runs Witchcraft dont use to offensive .. use it for the anti fear so when he gets <20m

Bow:
Cpt. Obvious .. the best you can afford .. its more important to get a good Bow then a Divine Set
You should aim for a Divine/Epic Delphinad/T5 Obsidian Bow atleast..

Jerkin:
Obsidian V2 or Epherium/Delphinad Gale
Guards:
Auroria or The new guards with +5% range atk or Epherium/Delphinad Gale
Belt:
Auroria or Crimson Belt or Epherium/Delphinad Gale

Obsidian V2
Breeches:
Obsidian V2 or Epherium/Delphinad Gale
Boots:
Obsidian V2 or Auroria (pref. Auroria here because of lower cd)

Important: If you go for Gale Piecese .. you have to get 4 of them for the Set effect .. otherwise its not worth it

Accesory:
Nec:
Warrior Necklace Rank 10+ or Epherium Ligthning or higher
Ear:
2 Flame Earrings .. the higher the better
Rings:
2 Gale Rings .. Except you got the Celestial Dreamring. Then take the Dreamring .. but the Dreamring on unique is not better then a Magnificent Gale Ring
Cloak:
Again 2 kind of Cloaks you can go for.. I would reccomend you:
If you got the Warrior Necklace Rank 10+ .. take the Blockrate Guild Cloak with Magic Defense on Delphinad
If you got the Lightning Necklace go for the Movementspeed Armor Pen Guild Cloak
