The Executioner
Breakdown:

Description:
Executioner is a classes similar to Darkrunner with less mobility. Based on your gear choice you can be a glass cannon or a you can try to be a little tankier. I take Strength/Stamina set (Obs leather) over a pure Strength set (Ayanad Flame) because I like to play as a in your face fighter style class over a glass cannon class, now gearing this way does lessen your damage output but not by much and the difference of melee attack you get using a Flame set is simply not worth losing the health an obs leather set gives you.
Weapons:
With Executioner it can adapt and use what ever melee weapon you want to an extent. Now I do not recommend using any type of axe except for the axe from Serp as an offhand.
Armor:
I recommend an obsidian leather set as your main set, but if you really want to get a plate set (Ayanad Sunset).
Skills:
•BATTLERAGE:
- grants delirium for every enemy hit with the 3rd swing, great for RVR.
- only useable AFTER you are CC'd and no longer breaks or nor does it reduce physical damage anymore.
- only really be used against casters.
-, , and while under snare effect can't be used.
- can now be used while you are or for people with witchcraft and occultism.
- now adds 15% physical damage reduction decreasing debuffs by 35% but movement speed increase is removed while active.
- pick this skill up only of if you are dual-wielding and drop .
•SHADOWPLAY:
- has no purpose now unless you are using it to reduce healing.
- used for a blood frenzy combo or to interrupt an enemy (mainly casters).
- your only defense against snare.
- does 98% more damage while in stealth.
- when active also gives attack speed now.
- has an 18s CD now with no 50% reset chance.
- while under this skill increases its range by 10m.
- gives attack speed and crit.
•OCCULTISM:
- if you want to spec this it now decreases magic and physical accuracy on snared targets.
- grants immunity to fear and slow now.

Rotations
There are many rotations the Executioner can use depending on who you're fighting. The more you fight a particular class the more you will learn to adapt. If you lose a fight take that experience as a way to learn from what you did wrong and to become better for the next fight. I recommend you study your class and the classes that you fight.
Here's a few different openers you can start your initial trip with, keep in mind you always want to backstab.

Blood frenzy is a combo you can do with wallop that increases Shadowplay skill damage by 21%
you will need the 9th passive from Shadowplay (), I drop to pick up .
The combo as followed is
gives 2 bloodthirst> gives trip> 2 more bloodthirst now equaling 4> gives 6 bloodthirst for a total of 10 that fourth attack will put you into blood frenzy> does 21% more damage now.

For Executioner, there is no best weapon for this class. With End game you can use multiple weapons to adapt to your situation.
My personal opinion is that 2H obsidian greatsword is better overall. but with 3.0 Dual Wield is not bad especially with all the archer classes.
For dual wield shortspear is the best main hand
