Reasoning:
- tbh Triple slash and rapid strike are basically auto attacks, it's really down to preference.
- Overwhelm is a must on nearly any melee class using shadowplay.
- There's so much possibility with drop back, you can easily use then and follow up with and then if you're fast enough use then continue to , also if you're kiting, you can use it to even out the hp with "ranged attack".
- This is entirely preference as well, you could easily get rid of this for for more kiting ability but I'd prefer over because of the bloodthirst accumulation, then again if you have rapid strike you don't actually need it, but great for keeping yourself topped off.
and - Pretty obvious choices, you combo with or even if you didn't want .
- another obvious choice as a melee, does an absurd amount of damage with bloodthirst stacks or even from a back stab.

Nice outrider build.The difference between mine and yours is Wallop->Endless arrows.Have gone with both,wallop is kinda weak for me,but hey.It's up to preference.Check me out aswell,would love feedback
