During the war, Cap served as a symbol of freedom and America's most effective special operative. In the closing days of the war, Captain America disappeared in an explosion over the North Atlantic and was presumed dead.
Decades later, his body was discovered trapped in ice, preserved in a state of suspended animation! Upon his revival, Captain America joined the Avengers and once again took up the heroic battle against evil.

Still figuring out what I want to do with the remaining 16 pts and if this build will work. Just starting playing Captain, so I can't guarantee any good for this build. Testing and is a work in progress.
You're gonna want opening strike maxed, quick block maxed, and an aura (spirited or encouraging). Right now Your build looks like you're trying to use bounce/bash but while your shield is bouncing you can't bash so you'll just stand there doing nothing the whole time. I would also ditch the two charges and use leap. Unfortunately right now Captain shield throwing build doesn't seem very viable in endgame IMO when you compare to a bash build.
