You're pretty much completely negating your 20 points in Combat Veteran by having Vibranium Bash maxed out..... Combat Veteran makes you extra tanky from hoarding shield points and Vibranium Bash is extremely greedy with shield points so it makes the points in Combat Veteran useless. Such a bad build. Aggressive shout is not nearly as good as Spirited or Encouraging Shout. Spirited is good for spamming Quick Block and your other abilities without depleting your spirit. Encouraging Shout is best for the run speed (great utility and being able to clear dailies quicker with aoe team comps). You basically just took your Thing build and exchanged Cpt. abilities where needed. You should stick with making builds for the heroes you actually play. That's why I will down vote every build you make that you don't explain and other people have to ask you what you're thinking and down voting this because although it has an explanation... it's just a copy/paste explanation. Useless.

This build is only for those who are at this lvl of play this build is used by
a Korean friend I farm Bovine with.
I don't see the comments as all I do is update the builds based on what I and the people I farm with use to
farm Red Terminal Doom and Bovine(Cow) as fast as possible.
So discuss it among-st yourselves or whisper me in game.
