Sciema, there is no reasoning. He makes a generic build for every hero without explanation, just for views and likes. The only hero he has explanation for it Thing, I suspect that's the only one 60 or close to 60 that he has.

Hi, Can you explain why you made these choices. Why only 20 points in Lighting Bolt and 1 in Lighting Column? I am low level so far and I really like Buffeting Zephyr, isnt it any good later on?

I don't see the comments as all I do is update the builds based on what I and the people I farm with use to
farm Red Terminal Doom and Bovine(Cow) as fast as possible.
