If spider strike isn't being used at end game, I'd add more points (you have 9 left over at 60) to quick reaction to add haste and dodge... thoughts?

What about Fearsome Fist of Farallah 100% crit after dodge seems pretty stronk.

Notes:
Spider-man has a lot of flexibility in gear, artifacts and medallions. Your goal with spider-man is to get 50% still standing dodge. With this build it is very easy to do this. After that the rest is yours to play with. With the proc of Quick Reaction you will be hitting around the hard cap of 70% with ease. Don't worry if your dodge hits around 67%+ it is not worth the cost to get exactly 70% as there are massive diminishing returns above 65% I would strongly suggest Crit > Attack Speed due to the small returns on A.S.
Priorities:
Dodge (to 50%)
Crit
Attack Speed
%Health
Costume:
Grade 1 and 2, AIM for as much Crit as possible
Grade 3 and 4, I am rocking %Health (9% and 10% respectively) which really helps survivability. You could switch this to more Crit or Attack Speed. Its up to you.
+Strength Core for endgame, +Intelligence for leveling
Artifacts:
There is alot of flexability here. It really depends if you are hitting the 50% dodge or not.
Pym Shrinking Serum
Edge of Infinity
Vita-Ray Projector
Starstone Tooth
And/or anything with Dodge/Crit/attack speed you like
Medals:
Again it depends on the 50% dodge. anything with +dmg is great. Doom is great on spider-man, as it effects your Ultimate duration (from 30 seconds to 45-50 seconds AIM for a 50%+ duration) and Corrisive ticks
