Its a meh build.. Incinerating Blast doesnt need to be maxed out. Protective doesnt need to be maxed out either.. 10 and 10 is fine for both. Drop 20 into wall and you have a great build that really limits DMG you take and Maximises output dmg. I might consider Cyttorak Torch for additional Crit% +DMG and an added Burn, but that is really peoples pref.

With the recent changes to Cores use the following as priorities:
+Intelligence (leveling)
+Energy (End-game)
Costume
For leveling 1-4 should be %Health. End-game this should be switched to +Crit or a mix of both.

Abilities
Burning Volley is your single target. Scorching Pyre is your AoE. Incinerating Blast is your Boss killer. All 3 abilities are Spark abilities that take advantage of Fuel for the Flame
