Introduction

Scarlet Witch has to be one of the finest starting heroes
you could choose from. With strong AoE skills you will wipe enemies  away from this reality.  I made this guide to hopefully show one of the
possible ways you can handle Scarlet Witch.

Pros/Cons

Pros:

+Has great AoE damage

+Has great crowd control

+Decently low cost spirit skills, leaving room for combos.

Cons:

- Squishy as playdough

-Requires player to play smart if met with an enemy with
these affixes.(Can't be effected by negative conditions, Heals self when injured,
and freezing.)

-Lack of strong single target dps.

Scarlet Witch's Skill
set

Hex Bolt/Bewitching
Hex:
 It comes with some spirit
regain whenever you land a standard attack, other than that it lacks in single
target damage. The point of putting points into Hex Bolt is to improve the
damage if I happen to solo a daily and meet a boss with "Heal self when
injured" , even though I could put a DoT (Damage over Time) down it still
does not have enough to negate the amount they are recovering, so combine
standard attack with a DoT almost always does the trick.

Combusting Hex:
This will leave a ring of fire on the
ground dealing damage over time. A great skill to put under mobs and watch
their Hp melt away.

Reality Implosion:
This is the bread to your butter of other
skills. You would almost always start off with this skill as it pulls mobs to
where you mouse is pointing. The range is somewhat weird at times, where I will
have single enemy in front of me punching,  and I will point to the edge of my screen and
he will fly to that point with some other mobs. It could be some possible
Desync.

Ruinous Tempest:

A skill that you put on and forget about. It is constantly dealing damage to
enemies that come to close to you. It does take away from your maximum spirit,
try and get some gear with spirit +# or costume core with spirit +#.

Entropic Warding:

This will put down a bubble that will bounce any range attacks away. The only
thing this does not protect from is beams/kamehameha.

One possible scenario;  During Dr Doom(Form 1), by simply placing one
on you and one on him. His electrify balls will bounce off your bubble, and his
healing orbs will bounce of his. Then on the third form his multiply blast and
homing blast will also bounce off.

Note:
Your attacks will not bounce off your own bubble and
neither will your allies.

It should also be duly noted that if the enemy enters the
bubble you are trying to hid in GET OUT AND RUN! Also it does not deflect the
attacks inside the bubble it only works on the outer sphere.

Chaos Magic:
A negative
buff on all my skills, sign me UP!

Hex Binding/Ravenous Binding:
Ensnare your enemies in their tracks while at
the same time gain Hp back. The second skill that is the butter to Reality
Implosion. At first I was a bit skeptical about Hex Binding/Ravenous Binding
but after giving it more points it turns into a awesome skill. If you do not
die in too many hits then throw this at a mob and gain all that hp back.

Bewildering Hex:

Unleash a hex that cause enemies to fight amongst themselves. The final butter
skill to be used with Reality Implosion.  Many times this skill has turned a "Oh
crap, I am surrounded!"  to
"While you guys kill each other I will see myself out thank you."

Unmake Reality:

The big daddy of them all; removes all nearby enemies and briefly removes more
powerful enemies from existence. BUT NO LOOT! OMGOSH!! wth? This is your panic button.

Conclusion:
That
is all for now, I will try different things and will try my best to keep this
build up to date. I look forward to any suggestions or questions.

P.s: I know there are 4 skill points hanging around, if I had to suggest where to put them, 1) Bewitching Bolt, if you want to gain more spirit per hit. 2) Hex Binding gives a synergy boost to Ravenous Binding. 3) Winds of Chaos, though this would be my last option solely because when ever I tried flying away I always get rooted or shot down.
