Costume affixes should be flat damage or critical hit damage since you can only attain so much critical hit chance before major diminishing returns.

Medallions use Kingpin for damage health and health on pick up because of dodge now only negating 50% more damage. Credit find never hurt anyone either [How ever I am currently using Jugs Medal for raids]

Artifacts for me are Advanced Meta , Xerogen Crystal, HoD(if possible), GotK if possible, Yukios (SH), or even Advanced Kung Fu and dont forget White suit jacket its a very nice

Legendary is Excalibur hands down.
