This is the Current setup i am striving for for my Captain America atm.

**** Notice**** Dynamic Charge isn't Spec on here but put one point into is because you have 1 point already in Combat Veteran.

Points:
  Max:
    Opening Strike
    Shield Strike
    Encouraging Shout
    Quick Block
    Shield Block
  10 Points:
    Avenging Sentinel
    Defensive Prowess
  Single Points:
    Dynamic Charge ( you can choose Athletic Leap if it suits you play style)
    Warrior's Heart
    Combat Veteran

Artifacts:
  Starstone Tooth:
   - above 7% Dodge chance
   - 15%+ Chance to gain 250 HP
        - Faster Attack Speed More Chances to Proc, think About it!
  Pym's Shrinking Serum:
   - Above 10% + Dodge chance
   - More Move speed if possible

Medal:
  Electra Medallion:
    Max Dodge chance you can find the better survivability.
  The Hood Medallion:
    More move speed the better getting back to Villian when knocked away.
    5% or above chance to increase dodge chance by 30% for 3 seconds. (Captain America isn't dodge dependent like Thing or Colossus)

Skill Bar (With Custom keys):

    Left Click: Opening Strike Until you unlock Shield Strike.
    A: Encouraging Shout
    S: Free Slot (Aggressive Shout, if you have a piece of gear that grants it)
    D: Quick Block ( Spam this!)
    F: Dynamic Charge
    E: Med Kits
    R: Ultimate Skill
    Right Click: Shield Block

Costume:
    *** IMPORTANT*** Try and get the highest Possible on the Affix Below

  Defensive Affix 1:
    - Dodge Chance 
  Offensive Affix 2:
     - Attack Speed 
  Defensive Affix 3: 
     - Dodge Chance 
  Offensive Affix 4:
    (If you can Afford it)
     - Attack Speed
  Costume Core:
    +1 Durability
