8/10 Update - Basically completely re-did this build to focus on AoE which is king in Midtown Patrol right now. You only need about 10 in Granite Defense since you will be using Ground Smash which will give you some CC but not enough to depend on. You need to stack your dodge% with this build so you can survive in the middle of everything and spam Ground Smash. You should be using Aggressive Aura and the others are just there for the synergy to it. Try to get +skills for Ground Smash, Granite Defense, and Aggressive Aura above all else, Clobberin' Time is a clsoe second to those three followed by Fantastic Haymaker. If you can get "Grants" affix for Crashing Leap or Hindering Hide you can move those points into Fantastic Haymaker or Granite Defense. This is not as good single target damage as my normal Mob Stomper build but it is pretty good for Midtown leveling. Try to get a group going cause your Aggressive Aura will help everyone out. If you feel you have no issues surviving, or once Gaz fixes defense, then you can replace the Juggernaut medallion with either Elektra or Doc Ock or something else of your choice. Power Prism Shard is also a pretty good artifact for this build when combined with Doc Ock so use what you got and adjust to YOUR playstyle. Good luck out there!

-----------------------------------------PREVIOUS VERSIONS---------------------------------------------

This build is to focus on taking down large groups. Your strategy is to active Clobberin' Time and Granite Defense, run circles around groups and 'herd' them together using Bold Challenge, use Crushing Leap into the middle of the group, then Ground Smash away. The aura is Guardian Aura because your main goal is to herd mobs and knock them down while still dealing decent damage so your team can take them down.

If you find your gear is decent enough and you are mainly staying in content that isn't too hard for you, definitely switch the aura to the Aggressive Aura. Aggressive Aura is also a lot better if you play solo a lot. Gaz said they will be working on defense to make it more useful. We all know that will probably take awhile, but if it does happen then there may be more to debate on which aura to use.
