This build focus on DOTs and melee.



Your attack cycle ll be :

1.
to reach your target with a 5sec damage & move speed buff.
2.
to place your 1st DOT & weaken enemies (+10% dam).
3.
to place your 2nd DOT.
4.
to deal massive damages until DOTs have expired.
5.
to drop buffing & healing dolls for you and your teamates.



Medallion :

[item]33[/item] for the shared DPS buff and potential invulnerability.



Relic :

[item]213[/item] or [item]185[/item] for damage oriented specs and [item]187[/item] for more survivability.



Artifacts :

[item]101[/item] for the health & spirit on dodge.
[item]234[/item] for the DPS and skills boost.
[item]103[/item] for the overall DPS boost.
[item]221[/item] for the DPS and survivability boost.



Uru-Forged :

Uru-Forged War Gauntlets for the physical damage boost is a good choice.



Runewords :

Bone Breaker is a good choice for damage oriented builds with +1 STR, 200 damage rating on melee attacks, +2% ATK speed & 2% ATK and move speed debuff on melee hit.

River of Souls is a good choice if you re still in need of spirit regeneration to keep using skills without cooldown.



Enchants :

Either Cattle for the health boost and more survivability or Serpent for the dodge boost and more chance to regen spirit combined with [item]101[/item].



Blessings :

Hela on all items to get a massive boost in brutal strike chances.



Legendary :

Gungir is the best damage oriented legendary for Deadpool (R1 +400 critical rating, R2 +1000 critical damage, R3 +400 critical rating, R4 +1000 critical damage and R5 5% chance on hit to get +1000 brutal strike rating for 5sec).
