Hey guys! So, this is the build I'm currently using and it seems to be working pretty well. I suppose any Cap build will work as long as you puts points in and spam Quick Block, but I'll explain why I use the skills I chose here.

However, first I'd like to talk a little about base stats and what I look for in gear and artifacts/medallions. With the way Quick Block works, I don't feel like you need to stack a whole lot of defenses, especially since it seems like half the mobs in the game ignore defenses anyway (At least, that's what I've seen so far.)
I look for 3 things in gear.
- Health (If defenses are ignored, I can still take some hits by stacking health)
- Dodge (Dodging attacks is better than mitigating attacks)
- Attack Speed (I do the most consistent damage by spamming Shield Strike; it hits a "cone" of targets, builds shield points and doesn't cost spirit. Also, Starstone Tooth has INSANE synergy with attack speed because of the health gained from its passive.)

As far as the medallion I put on the page goes, I use Madame Hydras medallion for group play, which is most of what I do, because it gives extra damage to my teammates (+42 from the one I currently use) as well as giving my group a chance of becoming invulnerable when I am hit. Cap is just about unstoppable, so I feel it would be selfish not to share that ability. However, when I'm soloing I usually use Juggernauts because of HP, Defense and the Invulnerability passive.

Now, for point allocation.
- I max Quick Block because OP
- I max Encouraging Shout because the attack speed is great for increased DPS solo or in group. Move speed is great utility for running fast dailies, running straight to daily bosses, running from bad things on the ground, flare running in limbo, etc.
- I max Shield Strike because it is my main source of DPS that doesn't cost spirit and gives shield points. It is also great utility for it's attack speed and movement speed debuff.
- I max Leaping Strike because it's a great gap closing 'stun' I use to get to mobs that run to my group mates and for great burst when you have shield points stocked up.
- I put one point in Shield Bounce and one point in Shield Expertise ONLY for the utility stun when approaching large groups. Especially for those pesky shotgun wielding gangsters. (Unless they have 'Ignore Negative Conditions', of course.)
- I put one point in Athletic Leap just for mobility and elevation changes and what not.
- I've currently got 10 points Warrior's Heart but plan on putting more into it as I level in order to have a better chance to gain shield points from auto-attacks.
- I haven't put any more points in Opening Strike because I thought other skills had priority but as I level more I'll put more points in this for damage synergy with Shield Strike.

That's about it for gear and skills I suppose. To play Cap, just get used to spamming Quick Block, auto attack until you get shield points then dump them off with Leaping Strike and try your best to keep your team mates alive by jumping to mobs that run to them. The Cap is nearly unstoppable but doesn't do a whole lot of damage relative to ranged physical and casters so keeping them alive will help you tremendously.

If you have any questions about anything or any critiques, feel free to leave a comment here or friend/message me in game: Brutalmir.

Thanks for reading my build and I'll be sure to update as I level!
(Also, when I get my Cyclops to 40+ I'll probably make a build/guide for him as well)
