Rocket uses his brilliant tactical mind, excellent marksmanship, and very large guns against a variety of interstellar threats. He often works with—and sometimes leads—the Guardians of the Galaxy in defense of various endangered worlds. Some of his friends think Rocket might have a touch of OCD, but what raccoon doesn't wash his hands a dozen times a day?

yeah BFG is great, and i just use Neutrin for slowing =) and i can agree with ya for dodge, its better to up the Shrewd =) but i am ok with uniques so i prefer to use dps kind... ty for comment bro ;)
we almost have the same build. but i put my extra remaining points on shrewd dude for a little bit of survival. i have no points in neutron shot. BFG is my bread and butter.
