Once you have Colossal Punch you want to stack as much HP and physical damage gear as you can get on every slot.
Currently at rank 46 with 30k HP my Colossal Punch is at 118k-176k a hit, 300k crits and 780k Brutal's. Colossal Roar Brutals for 1.3million to multiple targets on the screen.

Osmium Charge > Demolition Stomp (aoe stun+10% more damage) > Titanic Slam > Colossal Roar

Single Target
Osmium Charge > Demolition Stomp (10% more damage on CP =10-17k+ more damage a punch) > Colossal Punch
