Thx brah! Love you too :)
Over the course of her life, Ororo Monroe has been trained as a juvenile thief, worshiped as a goddess, and hated as a mutant. Since Charles Xavier enlisted her to join the X-Men, Storm has grown as a warrior and as a leader.Marvel Source
Her control over the climate has been honed through constant training and numerous battles, and her arsenal of elemental powers, from shattering lightning strikes to freezing winds, make her a force of nature to be feared and respected.
Comic Book WAM: Thank you dude! I appreciate your comment. Orimbar: your build doesn't have enough dps. Basic power is a most and you put points in elusive blast. You should stun instead of slowing them and this skill isn't a good dps choice. Sorry brah, do some maths.

**Hey everyone, welcome to my first guide. Some parts are missing but I still working on it so stay tune for updates.**
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gears and artifacts
- I recently tested [item]72[/item] and god this item rocks now. Currently on the patch 7/2/13, you can do 250 dmg by second. It means you can proc this with crashing hail, thundering bolt, lightning storm, thundering maelstrom and lightning column. When it procs, it does the same wide area effect of our thundering bolt and procs to everyone in range. If you use stun when this happen, it's the end for them. Near 10% to proc... this give huge advantage now. It seems that using this does the same effect of [item]80[/item] (increased damage, by making burn damage scale on a curve instead of give the wearer a flat number bonus). That means, on higher limbo or dailies, you can kill much easier trash mobs and bosses. Try this with crashing hail + lightning column + freezing tempest (+%freezing on hit really help too).
- [item]75[/item] is for crit dmg and crit chance. Pretty basic!
- On costumes, try to get critical chance over critical dmg. I did the test after patch 7/2/13 and thundering tempest can be critical hit. Also, lightning columns really does the difference combine with other skills and with [item]72[/item].
-Weapons: Try to get 2 sets of weapon. First for normal runs, with + energy dmg, % crit chance, + on skill like Thundering Maelstrom. Second for bosses, with +energy dmg, % freeze on hit, % hp drop on hit and speed.
* More to come soon *

Build level 1 to 29
Storm has a weak armor defense and resistance, but she's a deadly hero. Keep in mind that you can redo chapters to get Retcon (potion that restore all your skills) over and over again. If you put points in a skill that you should not have to do, just relax. Until level 30, you can do your own test and see if the endgame build is for you.
When you are below level 30, you should focus on the skybreaker tree. On low level, your main DPS will be chain lightning and ball lightning. Try to combo thundering bolt with any of these two when the combat looks tough (stun on blue / orange mobs and bosses doesn't work well, so be careful when you're surrended). Chain lightning is a lot easier when the mobs are stun. Ball lightning hits every enemies on its path. If there's 3-4 of them, use chain lightning and if you have more infront of you, ball lightning. For basic power, just use what is available and boost them time to time.
Also, put 1 point in windy flight. Like basic power, put points in spirited when your main skills aren't available. Lightning storm and crashing hail are not essential because you can kill very fast with ball lightning.
Priority order: ball lightning » chain lightning » basic power » spirited » thundering bolt » sirocco rush / windy flight

Endgame build
Skybreaker tree :
- Lightning columns is the main basic power. It's like a dmg over time spell. If you use artifacts with area dmg effect, you can use it with this skill. Now, why not using synergies, it's because the dmg done with it them aren't that good at all considering you can use freezing tempest.
- Thundering bolt is only here to stun people for 2 seconds. Good area effect, quite handy with mobs who have a shield.
- Now the question is... why no chain lightning or ball lightning. I know you can combo these two before casting thundering tempest, but I tend to not use them anymore. During Limbo or dailies, I cast 75% of the time thundering maelstrom. Heavy pack of mobs can be kill easily with ball lightning, but hey... do what you want, this is my playstyle :D
Windrider tree:
- Windy flight are a most for any situations. Sirroco rush isn't that good anymore.
- Refreshing breeze look like a most on any team fight. Now with the new patch, I can say that I can give it a try. No mobs with ignore defense means it worth to put points in there. Even with defenses, if you get one shotted, you will be one shotted. But for a tank with defensive aura ... really nice to have. Only 10 points give a nice boost and you dont drop too much your spirited. Also, this skill could be a lifesaver if you have negative conditions. Nice to have on items if you don't want to spend points. Now it's add health regeneration too.
- Quickening tempest: you can't active two breeze power at the time. If you prefer dodge chance instead of cleansing your negative condition and armor, take this.
Stormcrafter tree:
- Lightning storm is the synergy for thundering tempest (increase your DPS). Cool animation when you use it.
- Freezing tempest: you can now active this skill with Refreshing Breeze and Thundering Maelstrom. Slow effects, freeze chance, dmg over time, really nice now.
- Gusting tempest does not worth more than one point in there. You can dodge easily while casting Thundering Maelstrom. The range is shorter than freezing tempest.
- Thundering Maelstrom: if you read all this guide, you don't need more explanation. Good area effect, heavy dps on single target. Excellent on heavy pack of mobs (tips: try to separate the pack of mobs to attack 4-5 of them at the time; it's much easier). Mobility is our secret while using this skill. On bosses, cast it and dodge any attacks. Yes, dodge them !! Bosses have paterns, just learn brah !!
- Crashing hail is really good for though stationary mobs and bosses. Why stationary, because it's help others to do more DPS. On team fight, it's bread and butter. Basic power + crashing hail +freezing tempest combo; it gives slow effect on attackers and 3 dmg over time. Also, you can use crashing hail + thundering maelstrom (you can cancel your spell if you do Shift + left click if you need to re-apply another debuff) but this will cost you a lot. First combo is probably better because you can cast everytime the cooldown is over and you don't take all your spirits if you need to fly with windy flight. Finally, you can mix all your combos with lightning storm, but only if you are pretty sure it's an easy fight and you don't need to dash in emergency.
