This build is obsolete. With time and things more clear maybe I will do another.

But Logan escaped the Weapon X program, and before too long drew the attention of Professor Charles Xavier, who recruited him to the X-Men as Wolverine. Despite the objections of those who saw him as more trouble than he was worth, Xavier saw Logan's inner nobility.
Wolverine constantly fights to keep his savage berserker side in check, but no matter how hard he tries, it's usually just a matter of time before he pops his claws and goes to work.
This build is obsolete. With time and things more clear maybe I will do another.

This build can be used for PvP, but is better for PvE. Keep it in mind. I did this build after try other things and this is like I prefer play.
Btw I din't link all skills because every others skills have their icons wrong and could be really confused and frustrating.

* Healing Factor should help enough at 10.
* Every skill with only 1 point is because is a waste have it with more levels (not improve good or it is for other distribution).
* and are maximiced for use like principal attack skill. will help too for . (Learn Synergy section for more information).
* With Adamantium Skeleton at 18 you should have enough Tenacity bonus for be inmune to knockbacks (please, report me if i am wrong) and really good defense.
* EDIT: I taken Cage the Beast with the last point. Is true that Wolverine have really many buttons, but I found this one very useful for Red Rerminals T3 when you can be killed with 3 random shots.

* Spend your Fury with Berserker Fury.
* Keep in CD Regeneration Boost and Adrenaline Rush.
* is the main attack because it is really FAST and now fury is gained for every hit and crits.
* You can maximice your damage if you use and every 5 seconds and back to .
You can manage this with the CD for Regeneration Boost.But It really not should be mandatory, generally I don't do it.* Use Furious Lunge for quick moves.
* Can't Keep Me Down will be very usefull for freezes.
* Feral Senses... I like see enemys in minimap and it bonus is really nice.
* will help alot with big groups or when you can't go close.
* With there are many groups and you can't go close, spam and spend your fury in Cage the Beast
* Use your Savage Recovery (Special skill) when you want extra dps or need more supervivence.

* For your weapon look for +%Attack Speed, +%Attack Speed (Claws skills), +Physical Damage and +%Defense Penetration.
* For your weapon could be good too +Health per Hit and/or +spirit per hit, but isn't mandatory.
* Health Regeneration --> Will be always good for your gear
* +Defense and/or +Mental Defense --> Mental Defense is always low, so improve it is good, but +Defense is better
* +%Crit and +%Attack Speed --> Wonderful stats, look for them
* +Spirit and/or +% (Weapon X skills) --> Will be perfect for have more movility when you use Can't Keep me down. with 1 piece with it will be enough.
* +%Special, +%Rarity Boost, +Credits --> Of course both are awesome, but try not trash items really good for keep those stas. You can even have 2 Boots and Headgear. One with DPS stats and other for those.
| +Tenacity --> If you can take some, is good, but not mandatory
| +%Dodge --> Is good, but dispensable because this build isn't dodge tree
| +Health --> Is good, but dispensable
| +%Power Duration --> Why I skip this? Because it only improve a bit damage from Dots and their duration (+1tick every 30% I guess) but not your buffs, so it isn't that good like I thought before.
| Health or Spirit per Defeat --> I really think this stat is simple stupid. Mobs not should kill you if you run away with enough time if you are in trouble. And for bosses it simple a stupid stat.
DPS Artifacts and Medal
* Core: [item]148[/item] for have +%Damage.
* Medal: [item]42[/item]. That +Damage is really amazing.
* Artifac 1: [item]100[/item] because after patch it give +%Attack Speed and really high %Defense Penetration. Keep in mind that if you have a weapon with +70% penetration and attack speed, you will not need this one. In this case you can use other [item]63[/item] or [item]75[/item]
* Artifac 2: [item]63[/item]
* Artifac 3: If your level is really high or don't care about defense, then use [item]103[/item]
* Costume: Try find +%Attack speed. You can even take rank 1 and 2 with +%Health.
Defensive Artifacts and Medal
* Core:[item]145[/item]. But I guess even with defensive medals and artifacts you not should need this one.
* Medal: [item]36[/item]. Look for someone with near or more 1000 Defense.
* Artifact 1: [item]51[/item]
* Artifact 2: [item]56[/item]
* Artifact 3: If you need help your friends maybe this one will help a bit [item]52[/item] or [item]99[/item].
* Costume: Try find +%Health.
<<< How strong is our Basic Synergy >>>
Synergy is a really powerful utility and you should think really hard about it. Others players don't use Basic Attacks many times, and others use it alot.
Wolverine use Basic Attacks near all time and keep in mind that you need really many skills for survive, so your fingers could be crazy if you have even more skills (that's why I skipped others skills too). Also Wolverine's Basic Skills do AoE too. So with all that in mind let's calculate if synergy is enough good.
Base Damage+(Base Damage*Synergy per Point*Total Points) = Final Damage
If we take a Base Damage 220 (is just an example) and take like our skill then this will be the result (Remember it has 2.5% Synergy, so lets calculate like 0.025. And you have 40 points used in others Basic Skills):
220+(220*0.025*40) = 440
So for Wolverine has and maximiced will DUPLICATE your damage. Keep in mind that soft points in those skills will not count for synergy.
After this I don't know if it is operated with base damage or total damage after plus gear. But in case of plus gear, it will be even more powerful.
