Born to a mutant father, imbued with sorcerous potential by a demon trapped in Wundagore Mountain, and raised by her adoptive gypsy parents, Wanda Maximoff's life was full of intrigue long before she became aware of her powers.Marvel Source
The Scarlet Witch began her career fighting the X-Men as a member of her father Magneto's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
But she became disillusioned with villainy, instead joining the Avengers after several of that team's founding members left.
As both a mutant and a sorceress, Wanda's reality-altering powers and devastating hex bolts make her a formidable opponent.
It's all about layers of damage. For anything in the game, drop Hex Binding, Ravenous Binding, and Combusting Hex on top of it. For hard targets, drop Corrosive Hex on top of it and then begin plinking Chaotic Hexes at it. Ravenous Binding should do pretty well to heal you up, though it's possible to eat a fair amount of spike damage. Move around a lot with Chaos Shift, which helps. If you find yourself low on spirit, lay off of Chaotic hex -- if you weave Bewitching Hex into your rotation on a regular basis, you shouldn't have any problems.
Bewildering Hex is in there as a panic button. Ruinous Flux is there to blow up the environment, and use either Warding Veil or Ominous Veil as the situation mandates.
I like this build a lot. The constant influx of health is nice, and I find I can put out a lot more spike damage if I need to thanks to Chaotic Hex. Sorry, Chaos Warp...I believe we have parted ways.
