i like your artifact choices. looks like best build until remake. jean grey will be awesome!! but i think they will nerf corona:( %50 damage reduction is op

@johhnybravo what is stupid? dont just talk shit be more specific. classic Psychic Lethargy build plus more survivability and movement with phoenix.(%50 dmg reduc with corona, spirit regen with avatar etc.) so tell me which one is stupid?
OFFANSIVE ABILITYS
Psychic Lethargy(dot) - main damage skill. it will kill all trashs use it and leave them they will die.
Mind Crush - use it for extra damage or stun. bigger trashs bosses etc.
Phoenix Transformation - dmg, haste bonus
DEFFENSIVE ABILITYS
Phoenix Avatar will cover the Phoenix Corona's costs. atleast for trashs. its basically %50 damage reduction while in phoenix form and you dont loose anything.
Kinetic Tempest will reflect the most range attacs and keep away the melee.
[ Artifact ] Ringed Ruby of Raggador (3 sec invulnerable). you are vulnerable while recasting kinetic tempest like 1 sec. if it ends while you are surrounded with mobs use it and recast kinetic tempest. kinetic tempest dont reflect all range attacks so you can use while killing - stuning that mobs too.
[ Artifact ] Ivory Idol of Ikonn (5 sec invisible).
Why not Phoenix Rebirth?
Resets your phoenix force when you die and res with rebirth.
ARTIFACT - MEDALLION - CORE
Artifact
jean dont have too much artifact choice for more dmg. critic dont work + dmg is considered as phy dmg only mental dmg works with jean.(atleast for Psychic Lethargy)
dont need spirit artifacts you dont realy go out of spirit.(with some + spirit gear)
choice 1 - artifact with +1 current rank of all powers
choice 2 - deffansive artifacts.
my choice is Ringed Ruby of Raggadorr and Ivory Idol of Ikonn for survivebility. you can play much more aggressive with them. more aggressive = more faster and you dont have to kite too much.
Medallion
Wizard Medallion for + mental dmg (my choice)
Doctor Octopus Medallion for + raidus (%16-20) (depends on your playstyle Psychic Lethargys radius big enough anyway)
Doctor Doom Medallion for + duration (you can recast dont really need duration)
Core
Jeans energy gets full when you reach level 52 so dont need energy core. there is 2 choice;
Intelligence for %10 more experience for leveling.
Drop Rarity - Special Item Find for more drop.
SKILL PRIORTY
Psychic Lethargy > Mind Crush > Phoenix Transformation > Neural Panic( just for synergy bonus )
you cant use kinetic tempest and phonix corona effective in same time until you are max level. choose one while leveling.
Phonenix Corona for green dailys limbo easy mobs regular leveling with mobs that cant oneshoot you. and remember you have to level Phoenix Avatar too for not loosing phoenix force.
Kinetic Tempest for red dailys and hard challenges where you get oneshot. Sometimes you cant see some range attacks that can oneshoot you kinetic tempest will reflect them.
Basically;
Easy mobs that cant kill you easly = Phoenix Corona for %50 dmg reduction (use stun (mind crush) for big pulls)
Hard mobs that can kill you easly = Kinetic Tempest for avoid them push them away and reflect range attacks
You will use them both in high level.
PLAYSTYLE
you are not that fragile you can play more aggressive with this build. you dont have to psychic lethargy - run back - wait for them to die. psychic lethargy and charge freely to forward.
TRASH
keep up kinetic tempest and phoenix corona. use psychic lethargy and you dont even have to look back charge and continue they will die.
BOSS
use phoenix charge for avoid boss attacks. keep up psychic lethargy and use mind crush for extra damage.
ITEMS
Main stat is + current rank of Psychic Lethargy (stack it as much as you can. damage is awesome when you reach 30 or more. jean grey is good for killing trash mobs but when you get some gear with + current rank of Psychic Lethargy bosses will die easly too.
+ Spirit
+ current rank of ("all abilities i leveled up"). not the charge and flight they are just for movement
gain spirit when you defeat enemy and + mental dmg for gloves (wep)
Grants Rejuvenating Aura at rank 5-10 (you will not have space for it on your skill bar if you are using artifacts i recommended but can be usefull if you have spirit problem)
items are not that complicated in this game dont give too much different stats. so all i can say is that.
