Bruce Banner worked as a scientist on the gamma bomb project when he heroically saved a young man from exposure to a nuclear blast. Unfortunately, the exposure to gamma radiation changed Banner's cell structure, causing him to transform into a raging green monster (known as the Hulk) when he became angry.Marvel Source
Over the years, the Hulk has acted as hero, villain, or pure destructive force depending on his state of mind.
Through it all, Banner continues to search for a cure that would end his deadly rampages.
Update 1/1/14
The original build that included Hulk Free &
Demolishing Chargehas been modified since the AoE leaping builddoes not need a charge skilland Unbridled Rampage severely limits crowd control effects. Headbutt & Terrible Roar have become 1 point wonders primarily used to increase single target DPS against bosses. They should be added to the end of the listed rotation. One skill point in Demolishing Charge is automatically provided in the build and was overlooked during build modification.Max skills: Furious Punch (Brutal or Savage Swing), Hulk Tough, Fast, & Mad, Unbridled Rampage, Get Angry, Earthquake & Avalanche Leap. Place 1 point in Hulk Mad to max an additional AoE skill (Mighty Smash, Thunderous Clap, or Crushing Leap). Several of the Hulk unique items improve AoE skills so it may be advantageous to insure all maxed skills are AoE, that include EL, AL, Rubble Toss, Terrible Roar, & Thunderous Clap. 1 unique improves the rank of skills in the Violence Tree. Thunderous Clap is an AoE skill that falls in the Violence tree.
Rotation:
1. Set Avalanche Leap as right click skill.
2. Pop Get Angry, then Avalanche Leap to a target (should fill anger bar).
3. Pop Unbridled Rampage & Earthquake Leap when within AoE range of 3 or more enemies that lived after AL.
4. Pop Headbutt & Terrible Roar against a powerful single target (boss) for DPS increase.
5. Pound with basic punch until spirit is available.
6. Rinse & repeat.
Artifacts Options: for size increase
1. Crimson Crystal of Cyttorak (27): damage, health, invulnerable chance, size increase
2. Wicked Wand of Watoomb (39): damage, invulnerable chance
3. Pym Growth Serum (44): damage, health, size increase
4, Crimson Crystal of Cyttorak (55): damage, health, invulnerable chance, size increase
(The size increase artifacts provide a handsome damage increase, which makes it a very viable build compared to the DPS increase provided from a different stack of artifacts)
Artifacts Options: for DPS
1. Power Prism Shard (39): AoE radius, AoE crit, AoE spirit reduction
or Edge of Infinity (30): damage on crit, crit, damage, brutal
or Metasensory Array (37): attack speed, damage, +1 to all
2. Advanced Metasensory Array (53): attack speed, damage, +1 to all
3. Advanced Crystal of Kadavus (54): attack speed, spirit regen
4. Hand of Doom (55) damage, crit, electrocution proc, brutal rating
(The best DPS enhancement from artifacts, in my opinion, are AoE related since Hulk's main DPS skills are area skills when using the listed rotation. Unfortunately, the Power Prism Shard is the only artifact that affects/enhances area skills)
- Zerogen Crystal (45): attack & move speed, damage, damage on brutal, brutal
- Advanced Atlantean Jewel (53): attacked damage, defense, -spirit, +spirit
Medallion:
1. Doctor Octopus: provides enhanced AoE radius (like Power Prism Shard)
2. Electra: movement skill enhancements (preferred in a Charge heavy play style)
3. Grim Reaper: for spirit starved builds needing more heath
Relic:
1. Relic of Lemeria : health, health on damage
2. Relic of Subterranea: health, defense
Infinite spirit (mark of odinborn) > more crit damage.
