Now after 2.11 Combat Prowess is buffed and I suggest maxing this, it give u insane crit and good dmg. 20 points in shout is IMO too much. With Metasensory Array u got enough Attack Speed(it gives dimnishig returns). 10 points is max value, can be even less. Charge: max it or don't add any points, so leave it and add it to the Indestructiable Shield, it gives so much def that it got to be maxed. It's better to add 20 points in Ind Shield and 10 points Quick Block(it is nerfed now). Ind Shield>>Quick Block. BTW Tank Shout was nerfed and now it gives u def instead of hp regen, so 1 point gives u nothing. Skip it. Add 1 point into Finest Hour it really can save u(Magneto, Doom, etc.) How I see it: -13 DPS Shout -1 Tank Shout -10 Quick Block -7 Charge +10 Combat Prowess +1 Finest Hour +20 Ind Shield

Final thing is MUST HAVE artifact: Idol of Khonshu. Whenever u use ranged skill u get +942 dmg for next meele attack(Shield bounce+whatever). It works every bounce of the shield bounce, so most of the time u have its bonus. +1 all skills is nice as well. IMO Madam Hydra Medalion+Lemuria is better option than Jagger+Asgard, but it is probably just personall.

Shield Slinger tree: Everything is ok, but why no point in Shield Expertise? At least 1 point. We can disscus, where to add point(Combat Prowess, DPS shout or Shield Exp), but 1 point in this is OP MUST HAVE.

Super-Soldier Tree: Take out point from spirit shout totally worthless. For solo DPS shout just 1 point IMO. U can add 1 point into tank shout for harder content. And tell me why 20 point Athletic leap? 1 point for pvp or having le parkour fun is ok, BUT 20?!
I'm posting this build because i would like to get others thoughts on it. So let me know what you think.
