The basic goal with this loadout for Cable is just to be the most durable to incoming damage as possible, while dealing a significant amount of damage. Make sure every time you spawn into an area to equip Vigilant Barrier, and continually pressing a mixture between Energy Pulse, Psychic Haze, Vortex Grenade and Psychokinetic Barrier.
