Very well done man, a lot helpfull for who is starting :D
When he was bitten by a radioactive spider, high-school student Peter Parker gained a suite of powers reminiscent of a spider, including agility, wall-crawling, and the ability to sense danger (his trademark "spider-sense"). When Peter learned that his beloved Uncle Ben had been murdered by a thief that Peter himself had selfishly allowed to escape, he realized that with his new powers also came a new obligation of responsibility to use them for good. Since that day, Spider-Man has fought criminals and super-villains while enduring a constant barrage of negative press, a stream of personal losses, and the occasional crisis of confidence. Somehow he manages to maintain a positive attitude, and rarely lacks for a humorous quip when battling bad guys.Marvel Source

Notes
This is my current build as of now at lvl 60.
I don't have the +1 toughness to my core, but I do have the 0.9% Life Leach, which is the main importance.
I currently have Gloves that grants Amazing Smash at rank 12. I am hoping to eventually find gloves that grant it at rank 20+, but I don't know if that exists, as is this is the highest I've seen it.
My costume afixes are a mixture of +dmg and +crit hit %.
Due to my gear, I have over 10K hp and 6.5k defense rating. My dodge is over 6k, granting me 62.3% dodge chance. Crit hit rating is only at less than 800, giving me a crit hit % of 28.7%(I'd like to work on bring this number up since I don't use Web Barrage anymore). Physical damage is a little over 2400.

Changes to my build
I feel like I need to explain why I dropped this power.
Pros
- Still Spidey's #1 single target DPS when wearing Maht's Arrowhead for sustained firing, and rank 30+ granting an extreme attack speed
- Gives a ranged dps option vs bosses you don't want to get in on, like Lady Deathstrike, or bosses with the power cosmic
- With some good rolls with Maht's Arrowhead, I've actually seen my spirit go up while channeling WB
Cons
- I would keep a Mandarin medallion for when I would start a fight against a boss to max out on WB's dps potential. This left me with less room in my already crowded inventory
- My hotbar was crowded, too many skills to juggle, and made for pinch moments more difficult to survive
- My build wasn't focused enough, I would have 2 skills at 30+ and the rest would remain at 25-. This new build allows me to apply more focus on my main dps skills.
- Requires me to stand still, and the only time I can do this without fear of getting hit back is when I'm in MM, or fighting a one on one fight with a boss
- I'm afraid of the eventual Maht's Arrowhead nerf, maybe they will extend the cd to 2 seconds, or lower the amount of spirit returned, but I just know that something is going to be done, as this artifact was really making almost any build possible(same can be said about Elektra's medallion, but I have better hopes that they will leave this medallion alone)
- I had WB at rank 29 before I changed over, and I'd alternate between Web Barrage and Spidey Pummel, depending on what boss I'm fighting, and how many goons are helping said boss, if I'm tanking, or if I'm going un-noticed. What I found was, SP was dropping bosses at rank 26 about as fast as WB at rank 29(okay WB may be dropping them slightly faster, but that's a slight difference, a close enough difference to make having both maxed redundant)
So long story short, with careful consideration, and reflecting on my current gear, I decided to go for a more melee focused build. I could have easily gone the other way and went for a more ranged spidey build, both would have worked out and made a strong spidey build. In all, I think it's very difficult to make a bad spidey build since 1.4.
Since this is a more melee focused build, this passive becomes very good. I don't use the taunt ability, but I have considered it a few times, but I play solo quite a bit, so no real need. Ranked this up for the passive +dmg, and like I said, I play solo a lot, so, this applies to all my attacks.
I brought this down from 20 to just a 1 point wonder. The hp heal scaling is poor, there isn't a big difference from rank 1 and rank 20. The only reason you would rank this up is for the defense rating. With my high dodge score, constant movement around, not being an easy target, and the health regen you get from Web Wrecking Ball with the Elektra Medallion, I use this skill rarely.
I actually have 3 ranks in this passive. This passive is mainly for a ranged spidey, and this build is up close with lots of movement. However, I do use Web Spray as much as possible, and the debuff does apply to CWF's dot, and with gear, it's ranked at 10, dealing 693 twice a second(so with the debuff from WS, at rank 32, is 49.2% additional damage, making it dealing 1033 twice a second. This alone will drop trash in MM and T4 green terminals.
My big debate for this build was this passive. Since this was a more melee focused build, this should have been an obvious focus, but the scaling is really bad, especially compared to the bonuses you get for ranking up Infuriating Humor and Corrosive Web Fluid. So, this passive remains a 1 point wonder.
As mentioned above in my notes, I have gloves that grant me AS at rank 12. I haven't upgraded this to cosmic because I'm holding out for either a "Grants Amazing Smash at rank 20+" or a "Grants Corrosive Web Fluid at rank 20+". If I get the latter, I will spend the retcon to move those skill points over to AS.
The rest is exactly as I describe in my other guide.
Gear
I now have all 3 uniques, and those are locked in. The only time I will replace one of these uniques will be if I find a 60 version(currently only my web-shooters are lvl 60).
In my guide I describe how I may consider replacing his unique Mask, but, even with lvl 60 gear, no mask gives as good of an armor bonus, and the +2 to all stats is what gives me such great damage mitigation due to damage reduction, and attack speeds.
The armor as well, the bonuses are really nice, but what it comes down to is, that armor bonus is just to massive to pass up. I will not ever find a lvl 60 armor that will come close to the armor rating of this unique, believe me, I keep checking, and the one I have is only lvl 56.
The web-shooters is the only unique I have at 60, and the damage rating this unique gives, just like the armor rating for the iron-spider armor, well it just simply way outclasses any lvl 60 web-shooters you will find, and this is on top of the nice bonuses and attack speed, and additional damage vs webbed targets.
This leaves 2 slots to fill. I have boots that give me +5 to WS, +3 to WWB, +2 to LA, and other bonuses. I upgraded this to cosmic, but I am still keeping an eye out for boots that will grant + to WS and SP instead, hopefully +5 to both. If I do, I will replace the ones I currently have.
Boots, as mentioned, currently grant me AS at rank 12, but I am still on the hunt for boots that will grant AS at rank 20+, or CWF at rank 20+. Once either/or is found, I will upgrade it to cosmic.
Mark of Odinborn I use for constant grinding. I don't like downtime, and with this artifact, I never do have downtime. Sure would be nice to have an artifact that would increase my total dps output, especially since this artifact is useless against a 1 on 1 boss fight, but I'm patient, I can wait for Asgard and the 2 additional artifact slots to increase my total dps. For the time being, as mentioned, I'm enjoying the total non-stop grinding.
Metasensory Array I use for the +1 all skills. The +damage is okay(mine gives +228), but the +attack speed is also nice(brings my attack speed from 20% to 24%, not big, but nice)
My insignia is of Thor, which grants a 2.5% chance on hit for me and my party to deal an extra 8k+ damage. I got this while I was still using WB, but now since I don't have WB's insane attack speed, this isn't as good. I still use it however since it is lvl 60, and it is blue, granting me +280 brutal strike rating. Haven't found anything better, but I am keeping an eye out.
