about hawkeye strong thing at my personal opinion was the most high critical and dodge in game...from those passive skill... the dodge rate u can have more than 80% of dodge chance.... just use gears that give you more dodge+dmg+life+basic atack give extra spirit ... (Priority>lower priority)...first priority its on dodge...
for those pm me i will explain this build points strong focus on pvp not much on pve... on pve discription was just how i use to farm pve with this pvp build on game....for pve was area dmg but area dmg you wont recieve bonus dmg because they are only range type, not fight type... and hawkeye stats focus is on fighting dmg.... at my personal opinion this char never has been done for pve , this char is for full pvp....
why only 1 point at critical passive? because he have the artifact of dodge when active turn into 100% critical rate for 2sec...
the dodge rate chance was high than your passive critical rate to active...
Tear gas wasnt to dmg the mobs but to take off 101% of their dmg....so if you throw right this skill you will recieve 0% dmg.
