No problem. I actually just changed them to Jpeg type images because the .png wouldn't load on my tablet for whatever reason. Hope you enjoy!
The man called Logan had already lived a long and violent life when he was kidnapped from his black ops team by a secret government program called Weapon X. In a high-tech lab deep in the Canadian Rockies, scientists bonded the unbreakable metal adamantium to Logan's bones, relying on his mutant healing factor to keep the experiment from killing him.Marvel Source
But Logan escaped the Weapon X program, and before too long drew the attention of Professor Charles Xavier, who recruited him to the X-Men as Wolverine. Despite the objections of those who saw him as more trouble than he was worth, Xavier saw Logan's inner nobility.
Wolverine constantly fights to keep his savage berserker side in check, but no matter how hard he tries, it's usually just a matter of time before he pops his claws and goes to work.

@halflifeforever1 I just updated the pictures after linking from photobucket. If you could let me know if you can see them that would be appreciated. Thanks again!
I see. Those are images i pulled from my email after I cropped them from a screen shot. They load just fine on my computer and phone but for whatever reason my tablet won't load the images. I'll see if there's a work around for this and fix it as soon as possible however it might not be for a couple of hours. Work calls and what not. Thanks for the feedback and please let me know what you think of the build!

WOLVERINE
***Updated: Added Blessings, Omega Point allocation, and improved Insignia. I have also repeatedly Brutally Struck with Eviscerate for 1.2 Million Damage, and this improved build hits Brutals all the time. ***With his new review, and the launch of Marvel Heroes 2015, Wolverine has left his brutal strike and infinite Fury spec at home. That being said, he is still a very nasty contender. With the new Power Point system, we have a total of 162 points assuming you completed as the story mode quests for points on each difficulty.
Clearly this gives us more options for builds and I tinkered with a few like a Berserker Barrage build, a One Shot build focused around and a boss killing machine focused around . None of those builds were diverse enough to handle either high level cosmic mobs, or a cosmic level boss. I have since then landed on this particular build since it can accomplish both with very good survivability and fun.
THE SKILLS (MAXED AND ONE POINTERS)
: An obvious maxed passive since it gives health, health on hit, and good regenerative capabilities.
: Beautiful area with bleed(now named "Grievous Wounds"). Stack this with and and they're pouring blood instantly.
: Really your only option for a basic as far as any bleed build is concerned. This is the second vital Grievous Wounds/Bleed component you need for this build, so it gets maxed since you'll be swinging away with it most of the time.
: This is by far your big spender on Fury as long as you have the other Grievous Wounds stacked. The three second cool-down gives you perfect time to regain Fury, allowing a very good flow of blood spillage.
: Now you can decide on whether or not this is the skill you want to max or if is the one you will max. I have a good reason behind wanting to max instead of . But regardless of your point allocation, this is a mandatory skill for this build since it is your third Grievous Wounds attack.
: One-Point Wonder. Standard issue traveling slash dash.
: This build is all about Criticals and Brutals. The dodge aspect is also a very handy addition. As such this is definitely a maxed passive.
: His Signature is amazing. I have no idea why so many people decide that they are One-Pointers, but this is definitely not the case in this build. Extremely strong and a decently quick cool-down for a signature. Couple this with against boss fights or even a tough cosmic elite, and its over quickly. Just make sure you don't accidentally activate it because even if you swipe just once, 12 seconds later it begins its cool-down. It's also useful as a quick Fury generator against trash mobs, if your is on cool-down and you need to pack a punch.
: One-Point Wonder. 15 second cool-down for roughly 200 Fury generation if you have sufficient boosts from gear.
: Now most people will definitely not max this in favor of some other skills Logan has. It has a very short duration with a shrinking cool-down of 20 seconds. The beautiful thing about this ability is that for every 2 people you slaughter, it takes 1 second off the cool-down. This should go hand in hand in terms of activation before dashing or leaping into a crowd or boss fight. If its a crowd you should have it off cool-down before your buff runs out. If you can't seem to get the timing down right, or if you simply decide the bonus isn't worth the points, then by all means go for another skill, but even then this definitely deserves at least one point.
: Last but not least is another One-Point Wonder. Built in Auto Revive and CC Break and Immunity for a duration. Like , with enough bonus points from gear your Immunity should last almost until the cool-down is over, not to mention shortening the cool-down on the Auto Revive.
Since there is a single point left over you can choose to put it here, however it should be noted that the drive speed of this travel power is quite slow.
So there are my suggested skill point allocations and here is a screenshot of my naked powers. I'll walk you through how I use them after the gear set-up.
GEAR & ARTIFACTS
Here is my setup for Slots 1-5.
Easily the Best in Slot for Wolverine's Claws. Toss on a Stone Rune and its good to go.
I really prefer this for his Slot 2 for the Melee bonus, Fury, Fury cost reduction, Boss damage and Attack Speed. The Power duration and +1 to all Skills is a nice bonus in my opinion. Ignore the +20 Credits Rune, instead replace it the the Cattle Rune/+200 Health. This picture is not up to date.
Health, Crit and Crit Damage, Move Speed and + Skills really makes this one shine. The Sabretooth proc is fun and can pull enemies away if you're in need.
Even though the review got rid of the infinite Fury build for Brutal Slash, these boots still work wonders and still gives infinite Fury upon an ally's demise. That and literally every affix on this unique is incredible and definitely worth, except maybe the SIF. So far we have a total of +8% to Boss damage... but wait there's more...
Now this Slot 5 unique offers us another potential +4% to Boss damage on top of the other awesome affixes. It was a toss up between this and his X-Force Commander Slot 5 unique, but in the end i chose this for the +1 Fighting and Damage, instead of the increase defense and permanent aura from the mask. Again toss a Stone Rune on here for some extra Physical Damage and you're all set.
ARTIFACTS
In terms of Artifact selection, you're options are vast for Logan since so many Artifacts are either Physical Damage or Melee Damage. That being said I have been rolling with these four for a while and they seem to do me justice.
,,
Of course I would replace any one of these with a good roll from a Hand of Doom or Gem of the Kursed, but since I'm a casual to moderate player and haven't gotten lucky with those two cretins, I stick with what I have. Good alternatives for any of these would be any of the following: [item]247[/item], [item]234[/item], [item]101[/item]. Also Kingpin's White Suit Jacket could work well here. But until they create the Dual Spec system for this game, I would highly recommend Hela for all 4 blessings. When we get to Dual Spec, I would suggest some Odin tossed in there for a Boss destroyer.
MEDALLION
Perfect fit for this build since it utilizes Damage, Brutal Strike/Damage and Regenerative properties. Other choices could be a Cosmic Juggernaut Medallion, a Cosmic Bullseye, or a Cosmic Madame Hydra(best in parties).
RINGS & INSIGNIAS
As far as rings are concerned, it's nice to have some Health(or Health on pickup), some Damage, and some Brutal Strike Rating and Damage.
I'm sure there are vastly superior rings out there but this one does just fine so if you find something similar to this, even if it's Epic, I'd say rock it.
I have recently found this insignia and the only thing better in my opinion for this build would be an O'grady with Brutal/Health affixes and Health.
COSTUME AFFIXES & CORE
As far as Costume Affixes are concerned, I was only concerned with Critical Rating but happened to get a near perfect roll on the Critical Damage for my Grade 3 so I kept it.
All in all if you can somehow get your Critical Rating high enough to your liking before the Affixes come into play, then by all means go for straight Damage or Health if you really feel like he needs it. However the Core in my opinion absolutely needs the +400 Health on Hit. If you can find one with +1 Fighting as well then even better. And if you got lucky and have an old school LoH Core that got rolled into the new LoH system with an innate +1 Durability and +1 Fighting as the other affix, then you've got it made.
URU and RuneWord
Since Logan is all Melee, you can't go wrong if you chose a Melee URU or a Defense Plate URU, but since this builds has enough health and health on hit factors in it, it's a pretty safe bet to go for more Damage. Of course any RuneWord that has anything to do with Melee, Physical, or Critical Rating is welcome but this is a fairly easy one to craft and will give an overall +600 to ALL of your attacks if you have it on a Melee or Physical URU, not to mention the Life on Hit helps a little. This is however assuming you already bought the recipe from the vendor. Another decent choice is the River of Souls RuneWord.
RELIC
[item]187[/item] Is the clear winner. If for whatever reason you think your LoH is enough, then [item]184[/item], [item]185[/item], [item]210[/item], or even [item]213[/item] (for DoTs from bleed) are all decent substitutes.
LEGENDARY
In my opinion the Axe is the best choice, but other decent choices are
or
OMEGA POINTS (Initial)
I have a little over 300 Omega Points as of now but with that I chose the following for the Melee/Physical Procs and/or the +Attribute. The only one I currently don't have is Super Soldier Serum and Weapon X from the Human Augmentation Tree. I highly recommend them when available but only after you have at least one point into the Goblin Formula. Goblin is still extremely viable although they have more than double the cost of a single node. I would also highly recommend maxing out the A-Bomb node under Harpy in the Radioactive tree. Its initial cost is 100 but scales well for only 6-9 Omega Points per node level for a total of 5 node levels.
Here is what is what my Character Sheet looks like when its all said and done.
SYNERGIES
In my opinion, the best synergies for Logan are any of the following: Black Panther, Cable, Colossus, Daredevil, Hawkeye, Hulk, Luke Cage, Moon Knight, Night Crawler, Psylocke, Scarlet Witch(Bleeds are DoTs), Spiderman, Thing, Thor, and obviously Wolverine. Any of these in concert with each other will do fine.
SKILL SLOT & ROTATION/TACTICS
My ability keys are bound to A,S,D,F,G, and Z for all of the Skill Bar talents. Additionally I have my Ultimate bound to Q, with my Medkit bound to X. Having said that, let's start with the Skill placement:
LMB:
A:
S:
D:
F:
E:
Z:
RMB:
Just make sure you bind to either an F-Key or another skill bar and activate it whenever you enter your first zone while you play as Wolverine, but remember you have to re-toggle it if you switch characters also.
Should also be bound to a separate F-Key or skill bar to refresh Fury as needed.
The rotation is quite simple. For simple mobs I like to first start off with , followed by , and then hack away whatever is left with . Mobs trash mobs die within literally the first 2-3 seconds. However if you are Cosmic Terminal hunting, then activate just before you Leap to help ensure a high Crit chance and an quick, yet agonizing death for whoever it is your de-limbing. If among the mob is an Elite or Champion class enemy, then , , , and finally . Rinse and repeat as needed. Remember to active just before any huge/Cosmic mobs. For Boss fights, it retains almost the same pattern with the exception that after the initial connects, exhaust your Fury by using , then hit him/her with . If you're cool-down for is over before you use , remember to cast it to try and get some Brutals in, hopefully for that ending hit. And always remember to dash out of Cosmic Circles or One-Hitters as they appear, otherwise you'll end up using your on accident.
