Actually that's an error with the site, in-game he starts with 2(no bonus) and caps out at 3 by lvl 60(5%). And it's only the extra damage from sticky that counts as energy anyway, the claymores are physical

mine from punisher are all energy dmg.... look at punisher stats.... -20% for energy or mental dmg....
Stack crit gear! Throw mines! Blow jerks up! Whoo!
