This build is about that Ruthless Damage as well as Dot damage ;-)
This build really works for me, pretty much everything dies REALLY fast!

Note: I stacked as hi crit rateing as i could (Costume etc).

For normal mob packs:

For this i always start with "Reality Implosion" then move fast to "Ravenous Binding" then fast to "Combusting Hex", and in between i spam "Chaotic Hex" and/or "Bewitching Hex" depending if i need some spirit.

Note: i might use Enervating Hex as well (mostly on Yellow type of mobs). Also use "Bewildering Hex" if things starts to get to crazy this will save your life and reduce damage taken by A LOT -_^

For Bosses:

Then i usually start with Ultimate for "fun" hehe :-) then i use "Enervating Hex" then right to -> "Combusting Hex" and i Spam "Chaotic Hex" but also in between.
As well i use "Reality Implosion" since i usually get insane crits with it!!! and i also use "Ravenous Binding" for Dot Damage + Life.

Important to keep your dots on boss at all time so you need keep spamming the dots when ever they run out.
And Of Course you need in between use some "Bewitching Hex" to keep your spirit up.

You could take 1 point from "Enfeebling Veil" and place it in ""Entropic Warding" if your struggling but i can do red tier 4 doom without it.

And a friendly tip use your F1-F6 Hotkeys since you will need them and the powers "Ruinous Flux" & "Enfeebling Veil" you just activate and they on!

And yeah i use only 1 point in "Hex Binding" since even on high level with extra points it's not that good, and your not suppose to be to much in melee anyways, so it's more an "bonus" to destroy boxes and stuff around you to gain more money and stuff.

But remeber when you go in and out of instances and back to towers etc that you need turn them on again, but i have these two on hotkeys, but how you do your hotkeys are up to you of course ;-)

One more tip: If you have Uniq verson of Scarlets Chest you don't need +1 energi in the Core for Costume, go for Spirit + Damage Converted to life then, will be so much better!
Also when it comes to gear i prefer Cosmic gear, but Scarlet have some nice uniq like her chest so i really like that as well as her weapon!

Stats on gear i usually go for is crit+crit damage, + health + health regen and of course spirit! and i try find gear that gives extra plus to my main abilities.
