@DarkfireSavior thanks for the suggestions. I haven't kept up to date with mechanics like synergies, but I'm planning a full update soon (besides teamups)
As a test subject in the same Weapon X program that had previously given Wolverine his adamantium claws and skeleton, Wade Wilson received a healing factor that prevented his cancer from killing him.Marvel Source
Wade soon escaped the program and became a freelance mercenary using the name Deadpool, working for various criminal organizations. At times he has teamed up with heroes as well, but these attempts at "being a good guy" rarely stick for long.
Wade is mentally unstable, though whether this is a normal state or is caused by his constant state of hyper-regeneration is unknown. One side effect of his mental state is the belief that he is not a real person but actually a character in a comic book.

Insightful build with great notes. What made me HAVE to give the upvote was pointing out the better damage on Bang Bang (over Armor Buster). I haven't been paying close attention to ranged skills for a bit while prestiging w/ a melee build. Recently switched to ranged to try out Chuck's Uzis, but this just slipped by me as an assumption (at least, the dmg on bosses part), so thanks again.
One note: I see you have recently updated the build, but you didn't make a note for Moon Knight's synergy. 4% crit chance on all physical abilities? Yes, please. Also, Colossus was changed to Life & Phys dmg which works as a swap for, or supplement to Luke Cage's synergy.
That's all from me. Good work, Fatswimdude. Keep it up.
Happy Deadpooling.
@miketrout it actually is better than a lot of the alternatives. I don't use it right now partly because I'm experimenting with high crit damage on low-damage powers, and partly because I'm saving it for a hero who can use the visual. I'll edit the text to make this more clear.
i think ACCoC should rank higher on your suggested artifacts. it can get really high in physical damage, and most of the damage we do is physical. especially with the stupid high coefficient of armor buster.
Looks like I wasn't adding points to the power when I asked about Bang Boom. Up untill 10 points it does more damage, but starting at 11 points Armor Buster starts doing more dps. Thanks for pointing that out
Powers to Max:
Foot Gougers: free melee DPS, and the slow effect makes you much more tanky at close range.
More Bullets: top-tier offensive passive, and makes spirit almost meaningless to use.
Big Ol' Stab OR (not shown) Not-so-Minigun: use this as your damage source against dangerous bosses. Use Minigun if you feel too squishy, and Stab if you want to get more damage.
Flesh Wound: great for killing multiple enemies at once, good fun to be had dashing all over stabbing people. Your main source of damage.
Stink Bomb: although the animation is a little clunky, this power is a great way to start a rotation (more on that later). I don't keep it up constantly, but it's still good to have your DoTs maxed
Superior Healing Factor: who needs medkits?
Safety Through Stabbing: gives you all the dodge you need when you're fighting.
Awesome Lunge of Death: gives you a huge damage and speed boost when you use it. Great for staying mobile during fights.
Other Powers:
L'il Deadpool: one of the best powers in the game to be honest. Any time you feel like not getting hit by an attack, just throw one of these out.
Bodyslide by One: obvious one-pointer. It's a great mobility power, but there's no point in putting more than one point in.
Godmode: this makes you not die. It's that simple. The duration and defense isn't worthwhile at all.
Why Shouldn't I Use...
Band Bang: Not-so-Minigun is a straight upgrade, since spirit cost isn't an issue
Bang Boom: dash and stab for AoE. Guns are for single target.
Shoot all the Bullets: see above. This power is viable, just not with this build.
Slice and Dice: Flesh Wound + Lunge is fine, since this power is a little spirit-heavy, and you don't want that on a trash-clearing power.
Big Ol' Stab: because then this would be a melee build.
Rotation: when dealing with mobs, I lead by throwing in a stink bomb, then dash in, throw down gougers, and start flesh wounding in a circle. Keep throwing down gougers, and throw stink bombs as often as you like. For bosses I throw a stink bomb, dash, gougers, then big ol' stab for about 2/3 of my spirit pool, with flesh wounds thrown in for the bleed. Once I get to 1/3 of my spirit pool I just flesh wound instead (of course keeping up gougers and stink bomb) until I have enough spirit to big ol' stab again. Use your healing factor as necessary
NOTE:
I am in the process of rewriting the comprehensive gear section i used to have here, but I am holding out until marvelbase adds all the new BiS items to the database first. For now the listed items will work fine.
