So i'm using all of his basic uniques. All of my blessings are hela. In omega system I max guilt suppressiong and melt face to get as much brutal as I can. Wasp is on passive so I can receive the 20% bonus dmg on movement. Also I highly recommend a Hawkeye insignia with more brutal or crit rating on. I have just melee dmg on mine for now which is also fine.
Some of the points seem to be off by 1pt but I can't figure out where for now. You only need Don't you know who I am for the passive hence the 1 pt.
Scion and wrath are going to your situation choices. So I use wrath for mobs just to get a good AOE burst an instant refill on dmg to pop elbow drop which is your main wrecker. Scion I pop right before I pop his signature on bosses an they just melt. Right after the sig is finished if group bosses elbow drop if single this is where you hit sunday punch.
The reason I have maxed points in what could almost be a hybrid build of movement and melee is purely for what situation you're in.
Scenario one is mobs: You can either clothesline in or stride depending how much spirit you have to begin with. Elbow drop to enter the fray back into elbow drop to get your max dmg. Now most of which is around is going to be dead. If not this is where that half second comes in where I use earthquake an my basic attack inbetween elbow drop so I can have some dmg and my spirit shouldn't be high enough where I lose any for the earthquake + dmg.
Scenario two Bosses: same beginning but you really should get the clothesline stacked dmg first off which goes up 3 timnes. Pop Scion and hit your sig to circle the boss or bosses. Most of which should have their health depleted even cosmic bosses go down with ease. Sunday or elbow drop depending on who is left. This is where you can use Devastating charge just tap it enough to get the 250 spirit back and then had you done either your elbow or sunday punch you can do the reverse. With Sunday punch you get the 6 sec c/d so you'll be forced to drop an elbow which is fine i'm hitting 1.5 mill brutes on it right now.
here's the thing. Juggs dmg is ridiculous but it just might be as flashy as others out there so don't be discouraged. On top of this you should have like 3 invlun options 1 from the medkit, 1 from crimson force field which you should pop at half health his regen is sick. an last would be from the advanced circlet of cyttorak. Health is at around 20k with enchants and my melee crit is hitting 55% thanks to that taskmaster arty. Brutal is around 47% Only help
I could see him needing is a big dmg buff on the charge. Check this build out I really recommend it. It uses 2 bars to get everything in place but you're really only using 1 and the second just holds my buff pop, ult and my toggle. Thanks for reading.
