As a test subject in the same Weapon X program that had previously given Wolverine his adamantium claws and skeleton, Wade Wilson received a healing factor that prevented his cancer from killing him.Marvel Source
Wade soon escaped the program and became a freelance mercenary using the name Deadpool, working for various criminal organizations. At times he has teamed up with heroes as well, but these attempts at "being a good guy" rarely stick for long.
Wade is mentally unstable, though whether this is a normal state or is caused by his constant state of hyper-regeneration is unknown. One side effect of his mental state is the belief that he is not a real person but actually a character in a comic book.
Still messing with powers and what not for this build, it's not completely flawless, but so far has been very useful especially for solo Cosmic Terminals. This build may not be viable if you are not geared well, I'm unsure.
Currently I'm wearing:
Slot 1 - The Guns With No Name
Slot 2 - Cosmic with 2000HP and 4000HP Regen w/ 10% chance on hit to gain attack speed, movement speed, and damage rating for 10 seconds. (Currently what I'm wearing)
(Unstable Carbonadium Warsuit or Other)
Slot 3 - Katana's of Gratuitous Violence
Slot 4 - Aunt May's Cane (Currently what I'm wearing)
(Luscious Loafers of Lasting 1337ness or Other. Something with at least around 1000hp, just have a good roll for something.)
Slot 5 - Daddy Deadpool Device
Insignia - Insignia of Electra - you and your allies gain 151.2 crit rating and 412 crit damage, 1900HP, 320 dodge rating.
Ring - Rampaging Ring - 566HP, 56 dodge, 180 damage rating with any melee power, 360 critical damage rating
My artifact blessings are 4x Hela.
Enchants
Slot 1 & 5 - Damage
Slot 2 - 4 - Health
Costume affixes
Grade 1: 64 damage rating
Grade 2: 168 damage rating
Grade 3: 234 critical rating
Grade 4: 8% attack speed
Core: 20% Special Item Find, 1 Strength, 0.5% of damage you deal is converted to health
Itty Bitty Boom is your main focus here, besides of course your basic attack of Flesh Wound. If your wearing The Guns With No Name, be sure to use Foot Gougers as often as you can to get that extra damage to kick in. This build is most definitely not viable for PvP, everything has a pretty horrendous cooldown. I don't do much PvP yet so I'm not too worried about it myself, but as far as PvE goes if you like things practically stun-locked this is the way to go. I was able to solo the cosmic Doom terminal with this build, though it took a while, and was not deathless; I was able to pull it off in the end, but the only deaths were to Doom himself, usually from not paying attention O.o haha.

Edit: Changed up Madam Hydra's medallion for Doctor Doom's medallion to get the bonus hp, lowered Deadpools damage a bit, but any amount of HP still helps in my opinion. Especially being mostly in melee range as I am.

Edit 2: Realized the amount of points available on Marvelbase is incorrect, sorry about that O.O. I re-edited with a slightly different skillset as well. I moved the points from More Bullets to God Mode for the extra defense and longer invul time. Also currently using Venom Medallion, can't decide which I like more, Venom or Doom haha. If you were to copy my skillset here exactly you should have 5 power points left... Haven't decided where to put these yet. So far I've been able to solo the cosmic mandarin terminal for the bonus loot fairly easy, he can be a pain himself sometimes, but the terminal itself is usually pretty cake.

Edit 3: Changed out my Slot 4 Luscious Loafers of Lasting 1337ness for Aunt May's Cane, and changed my Slot 2 Unstable Carbonadium Warsuit to a Cosmic item with 2000 HP and 4000 HP Regen, also changed my Xerogen Artifact out for a high rolled Advanced Super-Soldier Serum. All this brought my HP regen up to a crazy 36000+ regen a minute. Thinking of rerolling my costume affixes to be HP also instead of damage, but I don't think that will work out well and may decrease my dps far too much, I'll let you know what happens if I do on my next update. Just need to get enough credits to try it, so I might just wait to see what enchants bring us instead.

Edit 4: Tried out my theory with HP on the costume, just wasn't worth the change, reverted back to my old costume in disappointment like i thought i would haha. Everything else for the most part has been left the same, minus enchants for gear. I took damage for slot 1 & 5, and 2-4 I went with HP
