Introduction



This is HLGame in-game. My personal build preference is to keep the number of skills to a minimal such that all the powers you need are available on the toolbar, with at most an additional one or two less-used powers on hotkeys (F1-F3).

Doctor Strange is pretty much about getting the rotation on his incantations right, minimizing cooldowns to maximize DPS.
Due to how the Incantation mechanics work, I find it a necessity to have more incantation powers, in order to keep the cooldowns to the lowest possible time.

There are 5 incantations (discounting Images of Ikonn) in this build with different cooldowns, which provides more than enough mystic power generating and cooldowns for the added damage on Fangs of Farallah. Fangs + All-Seeing Eye = exceptional TTK.

Gear



For gearing I tend to go for a crit build. More explosive damage, more fun!

With this build, some of the runes used should be into defense or health, for survival especially for cosmic terminals.

Legendary



Gungnir - Crit and more crit.
M'Kraan Crystal - Interesting for rank 5.
Warlock's Eye - Great for Mental attacks.

Relic



Atlantis - For crit damage which does not have diminishing returns.
Gibborim - For more spirit that works well with M'Kraan.
Attilan - For Area damage.
